This course is especially designed for intermediate and advanced potters! Have you mastered centering? Can you throw a cylinder with no problem? Do you know how to add height to your pieces? Is trimming (almost) a joy? If you answered yes to most or all of these questions, then you’re ready to take on new and exciting challenges! In this course, we’ll be taking our skills beyond the wheel to learn about attaching and altering wheel-thrown forms to make your art more dynamic. We’ll also explore the possibilities of surface design on clay to help you develop your own unique style.
